- Permanent Professor or Associate Professor at a foreign higher education institution.
- Ph.D. or equivalent qualification (e.g., D.B.A., D.Litt., Ed.D.).
- Minimum of five peer-reviewed research publications.
- H-index of at least 25 (STEM) or 10 (SS&MHA).
- Record of Ph.D. scholars supervised as primary advisor during the last 5 years.
- Completed online application form.
- Cover letter explaining motivation, interest, and relevant experience.
